Available throughout the year the Dray House, Pagham is situated close to the internationally important wetland site for wildlife, Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve one of the few undeveloped stretches of the Sussex coast.


It's sheltered bay fills and empties with each tide, attracting wild ducks, geese and wading birds. With a wealth of wildlife, beautiful landscapes, and a rich historical heritage, makes it a great place to get away from it all.


There is something of interest all year round. resident species include little egrets, redshanks, curlew, ringed plovers and lapwings. In spring and autumn, all sorts of migrant birds pass through.


The contemporary one bedroom self catering accommodation is the perfect location for Goodwood, which is only 12 km (15 min) North of the Dray House. Making it the perfect base for our guests or Goodwood festival exhibitors, requiring self catering accommodation for Glorious Goodwood, the Festival of Speed and the fabulous Goodwood Revival Meeting.

The Dray House self-catering apartment is part of a larger traditional house built in c1870, which used to be the local brewery in Pagham village, providing beer for the local public house opposite - The Lamb Inn.


Superbly modernised with a contemporary twist the Dray House provides the perfect setting for short breaks or a long weekend getaway, or as a base from which to explore the local West Sussex countryside - Arundel, Chichester with its renowned Chichester Festival Theatre, Glorious Goodwood, The Festival of Speed or Goodwood Revival.


With off road parking for your prized possession those attending Goodwood's motor racing events have added peace-of-mind. Secure garaging can be arranged at the self catering accommodation 4 weeks in advance of your visit if required, for a nominal extra charge.
